Mildred Odhiambo Andere holds a diploma in business administration, diploma in technical education from Kenya Technical Trainers Collage and a diploma in project management from Kenya Institute of Management. She has also undertaken some training on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, Gender Based Violence, leadership and advocacy. She has been active particularly at the grassroot working with women in Siaya County to articulate issues relating to Gender Based Violence and socio-economic empowerment among the women.
