Shalin Obinda

Shalin Obinda, community volunteer in Siaya Muungano Network. She holds diploma in Social work and Community development (credit) at vitech training institute Bondo campus. She is a women and person’s with disability activists. She has been involved in Advocacy initiatives, community mobilization and implementation of community projects including facilitation of civic education and sexual reproductive health, Shalin Obinda is passionate about empowering and building the capacity of the community
