Project Assistant - Economic Empowerment & Livelihoods

Beatrice Oduor supports the Programs Department as Project Assistant – Economic Empowerment & Livelihoods at Siaya Muungano Network.  She has a Diploma in Hotel Management from Dynamic Institute of Management and Accountancy (Credit) and certificate in Counseling Psychology from Dove Rehabilitation Training and Community Development Institute. She has over ten years’ experience in community grassroots organizing and mobilizing from various Organizations she has worked with before like Kericho Youth Centre, Impact Research and Development Organization, World Vision Karemo Area Development Program and Community Initiative Action Group-Kenya. She has vast experience working with Adolescent Girls in and out of school through peer education and mentorship programs. She champions for the rights of Adolescent girls and young women with great passion for widows and has been involved in advocacy initiatives, women and youth economic empowerment and civic education in the community.
